Marjolein Verbiest
Research Fellow
Marjolein has a background in Health Psychology and Public Health. Her PhD was in the field of tobacco research. She is interesting in what helps people to engage in a healthy lifestyle and how to support those who need it the most. She moved from the Netherlands to New Zealand in 2016 and works as a Research Fellow in the School of Population Health of the University of Auckland. She joined the OLA-ORA team within the National Institute for Health Innovation late 2016.
